So what is infrastructure support?

Infrastructure support is the monitoring, management, deployment and support of IT equipment and other related hardware.

This is the core of all organizations infrastructure and generally includes but is not limited to the firewall, router, copper or fiber connection, network switch, patch panels, office data cabling and cabinets.

Technical Support

Technical support is the assistance provided to end user’s devices (computer / tablet / smartphone etc.) in response to their needs or any issues with their device’s software or hardware. At NATC we provide support by way of a RMM (Remote Monitoring & Management) platform this gives us the ability to easily provide remote support to end user devices and push critical updates.

Disaster Recovery

Disaster recovery (DR) is an organization’s ability to respond to and recover from an event that negatively affects business operations. The goal of DR methods is to enable the organization to regain use of critical systems and IT infrastructure as soon as possible after a disaster occurs. To prepare for this, organizations often perform an in-depth analysis of their systems and create a formal document to follow in times of crisis. At NATC we can assist our clients to ensure they have a up to date and relevant DR document and process in place.
